
Wild Cranberry Vinaigrette

1/2 c. wild cranberries (125 mL) |
1/2 c. red wine vinegar (125 mL) |
1/2 c. canola oil (125 mL) |
1/2 c. honey (125 mL) |
1/4 tsp. ground cumin (1 mL) |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine cranberries, vinegar, canola oil, honey, cumin, salt and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. Great on mixed greens.
Yield: 1-1/2 c. (375 mL).
